I obtained my BA fine arts degree (Honours) at the University of Pretoria in 2002, and also won a National competition 'images of hope' with my sculpture 'Maybe Rain'. I've exhibited at various galleries in and around Pretoria and also in Johannesburg at the Everard Reed Gallery and in Stellenbosch at the Dorpstreet Gallery. I have taught in both the practical and theory sides of art, film and photography at various tertiary institutes in South Africa. I have also taught in London for two years at school level. In 2007 I opened my fine art school which I still run in Pretoria.
